Hiermee leer je het beste uit jezelf te halen, je eigen koers te bepalen en zo tot je bestemming te komen.<\/p>\n<p>Aan de hand van een werkboek behandelen we 3 fases:<br \/><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wie was ik?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>Doel: jouw verleden krijgt een plek<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wie ben ik?\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>Doel: je krijgt inzicht in jezelf, je wordt je bewust waar je energie van krijgt en wat je motiveert<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wie word ik?<\/strong><br \/>Doel: het vinden van balans in jouw leven<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We gaan aan de slag met 5 mooie thema\u2019s: geloven, groeien, genieten, gezond leven en liefhebben.<br \/>In het werkboek staan verschillende opdrachten en zelftesten om op een praktische en creatieve manier aan de slag te gaan. Zo krijg je een mooi boekwerk met inzichten over jezelf.<br \/>Je kunt veranderen als jij het wilt. <br \/>Dit begint door te delen wat je bezig houdt en waar je tegenaan loopt. Jezelf beter leren kennen en je bewust worden welke plek jij inneemt in deze verhalen.<br \/>Verandering is niet altijd gemakkelijk, maar het is ook niet onmogelijk.<br \/>Je hoeft niet alleen te blijven worstelen, samen komen we verder.<br \/>Er is lef voor nodig om te investeren in jezelf, maar weet dat je het WAARD bent.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
